We can proudly announce that the Institute of Pharmacovigilance has been assessed by LL.C Certification and found to be in compliance with the Standard ISO 9001:2015 applicable to the following processes - Regulatory Intelligence in Pharmacovigilance, Certification of Pharmacovigilance Professionals, and Provision of Pharmacovigilance Education.
Why have we decided to undergo the ISO 9001 Certification? We believe that a quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 will enable us to improve the quality of our services and make our company procedures efficient. The aim of the Certification Audit from LL-C Certification was to determine the ability of the Institute’s management system to ensure that our organization meets the relevant requirements of the international standardized system for quality management and achieves the expected results in improving the competency of pharmacovigilance professionals.
